Ordinary silica gel is used to make industrial accessories, etc., food grade silica gel makes daily necessities trinkets, etc., platinum silica gel makes high-performance silica gel products, platinum is a vulgarizing agent to strengthen the performance of various products as a catalyst. Characteristics of silica gel:
1. High temperature resistance: applicable temperature range -40 to 230 degrees Celsius, can be used in microwave and oven.

3. Long life: the chemical properties of silicone material are very stable, and the products made have a longer life than other materials.

Low temperature resistance: the minimum temperature critical point of ordinary rubber is -20 degrees to -30 degrees, but silicone rubber still has good elasticity when it is -60 degrees to -70 degrees, and some special formulas of silicone rubber can also withstand extremely low temperatures, such as low temperature seals.
9. Electrical conductivity: When adding conductive fillers (such as carbon black), silicone rubber has good electrical conductivity, such as keyboard conductive contact points, electric heating components, antistatic components, high voltage cable shielding, medical physiotherapy conductive film, etc.
10. Weather resistance: Ordinary rubber rapidly degrades under the action of ozone generated by corona discharge, while silicone rubber is not affected by ozone, and for a long time in ultraviolet light and other climatic conditions, its physical properties have only minor changes, such as outdoor use of sealing materials.
11. Thermal conductivity: When adding some thermal conductive fillers, silicone rubber has good thermal conductivity, such as heat sink, thermal sealing pad, photocopier, fax machine thermal roll, etc.
12. Radiation resistance: The radiation resistance of silicone rubber containing phenyl is greatly improved, such as electrically insulated cables, connectors for nuclear power plants, etc.
