Its main characteristics are similar to fluorosilicone rubber, nitrile silica gel is mainly an elastomer containing methyl-β-nitrile ethyl siloxane link or methyl-γ-nitrile propyl siloxane link in the molecular chain. That is, it is resistant to oil and solvent, and has good low temperature resistance. The performance of nitrile silicone rubber is greatly affected by the type and content of nitrile alkyl, such as silicon [] rubber containing 75o % γ-nitrile propyl [] whose cold resistance is similar to that of low phenyl silicone rubber, and its oil resistance is better than that of low phenyl silicone rubber; When the content of γ-nitrile propyl increased to 3350o %, the cold resistance decreased, the oil resistance improved, and the heat resistance reached 200℃. Using β-nitrile ethyl instead of γ-nitrile propyl can improve the heat resistance of nitrile silicone rubber (heat resistance up to 250℃).
