Its production process mainly includes: raw material preparation → mixing → molding → edge removal → inspection → packaging and shipping
1, rubber: engineering procurement of silica gel raw materials is into chunks, generally milky white. At this time the raw material is not directly hot pressing molding, need to add curing agent. If the product has special requirements such as color, glow-in-the dark, fluorescence, conductivity, etc., it also needs to add the corresponding color master, phosphor, glow-in-the dark powder, conductive particles, etc. The raw materials and other additives required are put together and mixed by the mixer. Generally, the mixing time is about 30 minutes (according to the weight of the raw materials and the clearance of the drum).
2, hot pressing molding: the mixed rubber material is cut into a customized size, standing for a period of time and then placed in the hot pressing vulcanization machine mold inside the heating, exhaust, pressure preservation, forming.
3, inspection: after the molding of the product inspection, check whether there is dirty, lack of material, product immature, product rupture and other bad conditions, the bad products will be selected to scrap, the qualified products into the next process
4. Packaging: The good products will be packaged and shipped according to customer requirements
